Da Nang, December 13, 2025 – DAP – Vinachem Joint Stock Company organized a Conference to announce the resolutions of the Board of Directors regarding personnel work, publicizing important changes in the leadership structure.

Attending the conference were Mr. Phùng Quang Hiệp – Member of the Central Executive Committee of the Government Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Member Council; Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Tú – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director and CEO; along with representative in the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Member Council and the Board of General Directors of VINACHEM; Mr. Vũ Văn Bằng – Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of the DAP-VINACHEM; representative of departments and units of DAP-VINACHEM.

At the conference, the DAP - VINACHEM's Board of Directors officially announced and presented the decisions on the appointment of key personnel: the reappointment of the General Director and Chief Accountant of the Company.

According to the announced decision, Mr. Vũ Văn Bằng– currently the General Director – was trusted and reappointed by the Board of Directors to continue holding the position of General Director of DAP – Vinachem for a term of 5 years.

Also at the conference, the Company's Board of Directors announced the Decision to appoint Mrs. Lê Thị Hiền to the position of Chief Accountant of DAP – VINACHEM.

DAP – VINACHEM achieved outstanding achievements in 2025 – a year marking the most impressive growth in the Company’s development history. Amidst strong fluctuations in the fertilizer market, the Company not only completed the plan set out but also rose to lead the entire Group in terms of revenue and profit. Specifically, DAP Production reached 260,000 tons, Consumption reached 256,000 tons; net revenue reached 5,301.85 VND billion; Pre-tax Profit was VND 750.23 billion; and After-tax Profit was VND 600.18 billion – all highest figures ever. The Company contributed 305.27 VND billion to the State Budget; the Average Income of employees reached approximately 25.05 VND million/person/month, an increase of more than 38% compared to 2024.
