Vinachem’s delegation visited Truong Sa archipelago and the rig DK1

In the spirit of the whole country directed toward Truong Sa archipelago and islands fatherland, Vietnam National Chemical Group (Vinachem) has appointed a delegation composed of 45 personnel and Deputy Director General Mr. Ngo Quang is head of Group's delegation participate in the Truong Sa No. 9 delegation to visit and encourage soldiers and citizens in Truong Sa archipelago and the rig DK1 from 2/5 to 11/05/2015. After 10 days at sea journey, crossing 1,200 miles, on May 5 at 10 am, transport ship HQ 571 arrived Cat Lai port safety, and finished a good journey.



During this visiting, Vinachem’s delegation visited and encouraged officers, soldiers and citizens on Da Lon A, Da Lon B, Da Lon C, Phan Vinh A, Phan Vinh B, Son Ca, Nam Yet, Sinh Ton Dong, Da Tay B, Co Lin, and Truong Sa Lon island. The delegation also visited officer and soldiers at the rig DK1/8, and the rig DK1/19 and participate in commemoration of the national hero ceremony who fell to defend the sovereignty of islands and continental shelf of fatherland.





At the island and the rig that delegation visited, Vinachem’s delegation encouraged and awarded gifts to officers and soldiers and citizens living on the island. During the visiting, Vinachem awarded 18 billion VND and 6 tons of fertilizer to soldiers and citizen of Truong Sa district. On behalf of Vinachem’s delegation, Mr. Ngo Dai Quang shared and expressed sympathy for the spirit overcome difficulties and strong will to protect every inch of ground, inch of the sea and the continental shelf of the army and citizens on Truong Sa archipelago and the rig DK1. He also expressed sentiment of 27,000 staff officer and employees of Group towards the island fatherland, the sharing, admire the spirit overcoming difficulties where wind waves , good coaching, with high combat readiness, helping fishman clinging the sea, to protect sovereignty of Truong Sa and the rig DK1; After the trip, each personnel of the delegation will be the nucleus spreading national spirit, organization of practical action award to island contribute to building strong economic, national defence.







It can be to feel sentiment, pride of members of the delegation through the eyes, words, poems, lyrics and singing in cultural exchange night at the sea. Makeshift stage was the deck of ship HQ 571, scribbled verses, new songs composed on the ship and sang by “amateur singer " will be deposited, will be remain in mind of each personnel, will also accompany the journey and kept as a sacred thing, left a proud in our memories, memories about Truong Sa.



After a long sailing 1,200 nautical miles, passed by 11 island, the rigs with meaningful activities at May 5, 2014, ship HQ571 gave the Truong Sa No. 9 delegation arrived Cat Lai port - Ho Chi Minh city, close a successful trip with many experiences and memories about Truong Sa archipelago with each of personnel of delegation.
