LAFCHEMCO organized a laybour conference in 2014

July 2014 in 2 days (07 – 08), Lam Thao Fertilizer & Chemical Joint Stock Company (LAFCHEMCO) organized a labour conference in 2014. Attended and directed conference by Mr. Tran Anh Tuan, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade; Mr. Nguyen Anh Dung, Secretary of Party Committee, Chairman of the Board members of VINACHEM; Mr. Vu Tien Dung, President of Vietnam Industry Chemical Trade Union and representatives of Phu Tho province. Conference to review the implementation of labour conference resolutions in 2013 and discussing measures to implement the tasks to complete the plan in 2014.

In 2013, despite company met a lot of difficulties, production and business results of company has achieved great successfully. Profit reached 595 billion VND up 13.4% pay state budge 200 billion VND; average income of 3,040 employees reached 9.27 million VND / person / month. Material and spiritual life of employees is continuously enhanced. The movement is maintained regularly. Especially the labor movement has been promoted creativity with profits from initiatives in 2013 is 32 billion.



Addressing the conference, Mr. Nguyen Anh Dung, chairman of the group members has noted and appreciated highly production and business result of Company in this year, and he also directed and oriented some major work of company in 2014 as investment, improve product quality, work safety, science and technology ... and activities toward to the 45 year anniversary Vietnam traditional chemical Day

The conference was voted a periodical dialogue committee to modify collective labour agreement, mobilizing emulation movement, award second – class Labour Medal to collective, individual Mr. Nguyen Duy Khuyen general director of company and approved a resolution of conference.
